Disclosure
visibility, never rankings
How MoR Finder makes money, and our firm rule: providers can pay for visibility, but never for a better editorial rating.
Last updated: June 21, 2026
Transparency is the whole point of an independent directory. This page explains how MoR Finder is funded and how we keep money separate from our editorial judgement.
1. Affiliate and referral links
Some links to providers are affiliate or referral links. If you sign up through one of them, we may earn a commission or referral fee at no extra cost to you. These relationships do not influence whether a provider is listed, how it is rated, or what we say about its restrictions and caveats.
2. Sponsored placements
Providers may pay for clearly labeled visibility, such as sponsored listings, verified profiles, featured sections or promoted calls-to-action. Whenever a placement is paid, it is labeled as such and kept separate from editorial results. A typical disclosure reads:
“Sponsored placement: this provider paid for increased visibility. Our editorial ranking is based on documented criteria and is not affected by sponsorship.”
3. What sponsorship cannot buy
- A higher editorial score or ranking position.
- Removal or softening of accurate negative information or caveats.
- The “best” label without meeting our documented criteria.
- Mixing of paid and editorial results without a clear label.
4. How our pages are structured
We separate paid and editorial content so you always know what you are looking at:
- Sponsored partners — clearly labeled paid placements.
- Editorial ranking — based on our public methodology.
- Full directory — the complete, unfiltered list.
Our scoring approach is published in our Methodology, and the principles behind it in our Editorial Policy.
5. Other monetization
Over time, MoR Finder may also earn revenue through verified provider profiles, qualified lead generation, premium tools or clearly labeled sponsored educational content. Any such revenue is always subject to the same rule: it can buy visibility, not editorial favour.
6. Questions and corrections
If you believe any information is inaccurate or any placement is unclear, tell us at contact@morfinder.com and we will review it.
